Jackery is sold in the US by Jackery Inc. of Fremont, California, which is owned by Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy Co., Ltd., listed on the Shenzhen exchange’s ChiNext board since 2022 under stock code 301327. Jackery dates itself to 2012 in California and says it was founded by a former Apple battery engineer, whom it does not name.
Its range runs from the 1 kWh Explorer 1000 v2 to the 5 kWh Explorer 5000 Plus, every station on LiFePO4 cells rated for 4,000 or 6,000 cycles to 70 percent of capacity, a lower end point than the 80 percent most rivals quote. The HomePower line adds expansion batteries, and the HomePower 3600 Pro Max and Explorer 5000 Plus supply 120/240 V from one unit. SGS or TÜV Rheinland lists every Jackery station we score to UL 2743 by model, and SGS lists the Explorer 5000 Plus with its Smart Transfer Switch to UL 9540. No Jackery power station has been recalled by the CPSC.
Jackery sells direct from jackery.com, where its policy page gives 3+2 years on the HomePower and Plus series, 5 years on the Explorer 5000 Plus and 2+1 years on the 1000 and 1500 series, though several product pages state longer. It also sells on Amazon US, at Costco, Home Depot and Lowe’s, and through marketplace stores at Best Buy and Walmart.
Trustpilot rates Jackery 4.4 from 1,039 reviews, 66 percent five-star and 22 percent one-star, and the BBB rates Jackery Power Outdoors F, not accredited, with 67 complaints closed in three years.
