No Reddit owner report names this model, so the pool reads Jackery generally, where it is mixed. In r/Jackery's December 2024 thread asking owners about regrets, about 17 were satisfied against about 12 complaints, mostly overpriced panels and proprietary 8 mm solar ports, slow support and a few units dead on arrival. The top answer in an April 2025 r/preppers thread, from an owner of five units, called them easy to use and durable and the panels overpriced, while two owners reported failed ports or problems with larger units.

CNET's labs manager, who has tested the brand since 2018, called it one of the most consistent power-station brands and found its usable capacity about 5 percent below competitors' on average (August 2024). No US retailer holds a native review file of ten or more for this model, so the pool reads Costco's Jackery files, which carry no syndicated or incentivised reviews: 4.4 from 143 on an Explorer 1500 v2 bundle (86 percent recommend), 4.2 from 82 on the Explorer 600 v2 and 3.9 from 43 on an Explorer 5000 Plus kit (69 percent). Home Depot lists it only inside a file shared with other Jackery models, with no review of its own. Best Buy's and Walmart's Jackery files are almost entirely incentivised or syndicated from jackery.com.
