A wall charge takes 2.5 hours, or 1.3 hours with a $100 cable, and solar input stops at 1,200 W, so it scores 4 on recharging.

Better on rechargingEcoFlow DELTA Pro 3EcoFlow states 50 minutes to 80 percent. $2,799Scores 8.0

Jackery rates the cells for 6,000 cycles to 70 percent capacity, so it scores 8 on battery life.

It switches to battery in under 10 ms, expands to 21.5 kWh and has a Jackery transfer switch for its 240 V circuits, so it scores 10 on backup readiness.

SGS lists the unit to UL 2743, and the UL 9540 listing its page cites covers a system with an automatic transfer switch the US store does not list, so it scores 6 on verification.

Jackery gives 3+2 years, the extra two only after registering on jackery.com, so it scores 8 on warranty and support.

Warranty and returns

Its warranty runs 3 to 5 years by series, the longer terms on jackery.com, with returns within 30 days.

$2,099 at jackery.com, with the transfer switch made for it at $399.

Two owner reports name the Pro Max. One owner found its UPS seamless but its time-of-use scheduling did not work until two beta firmware updates (June 2026); another, running two in parallel, found they cut output when grid power dropped, with about a five-second switchover, and that time-of-use was unsupported in parallel.

TheSolarLab, which carries Jackery discount codes, measured 93 percent efficiency and a 30 W idle draw, surges near 7,000 W against the 8,000 W claimed and 2,000 W per leg, heard a high-pitched inverter whine, and said Jackery's built-in transfer switch claim overstates it because the 9.6 kW figure is grid bypass, not inverter output.
