Aquasure Products

Aquasure Corporation is a factory-direct water treatment brand based in Upland, California, selling through its own site and through Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace and Amazon. Its range covers ion exchange softening under the Harmony name, salt-free conditioning as Serene, whole-house carbon and KDF treatment as Fortitude, ultraviolet disinfection as Quantum, under-sink reverse osmosis as Premier, and countertop and shower filtration under Dash and Sparkle. Prices run from thirty-five dollars for a shower filter to roughly two thousand three hundred for a four-stage whole-house bundle, consistently well below dealer-channel equivalents.

The hardware is competently specified. Harmony softeners use an Aquatrol AQT-56SE digital metered control head with demand-initiated regeneration and eight percent cross-linked resin, rated 10 GPM at 32,000 grains and 20 GPM at 64,000. A fine mesh resin option handles clear-water iron to 10 ppm. Fortitude Pro tanks carry six years of GAC and KDF media, and Aquasure quotes 95 percent chlorine and 80 to 95 percent chloramine reduction, though those figures come from support correspondence rather than a published test report. Premier reverse osmosis systems run a 1.5 to 1 pure-to-drain ratio, better than most tank RO at the price.

What Aquasure does not have is certification. Its entire NSF listing consists of two reverse osmosis membrane part numbers under NSF/ANSI 58, certified for material and structural integrity requirements only. No finished Aquasure system holds a performance listing under any standard, and the company states this plainly when asked: its support confirms the systems are built from NSF certified components but have never been through the certification process, and that the softeners are not NSF/ANSI 44 rated. The recurring owner complaints are an opaque four-button control head, occasional control valve failures after a few years, and inconsistent support. The warranty is one year as standard, extended to five on softeners and whole-house treatment when the product is registered within sixty days.
