Usability
RO membranes are pressure-driven, and below roughly 40 psi a standard system produces slowly, rejects poorly and wastes more water per gallon made. The booster pump on the Elite fixes all three at once, which makes this the only Aquasure RO worth considering on a well or at the end of a long municipal run. A hundred dollars over the Premier Pro is a fair price for that hardware, and the pump also fills the three gallon tank noticeably faster on any supply. The costs are a permanent power draw, an outlet requirement inside the cabinet, and a moving part that will eventually be the thing that fails on a system whose warranty is one year. Certification is unchanged across the Premier range: Aquasure's only NSF listing covers two membrane part numbers for material and structural integrity requirements, and no Aquasure system is certified for contaminant reduction. On adequate house pressure this is money spent on a problem the buyer does not have.

The Aquasure Premier Elite is the four stage 100 GPD reverse osmosis system fitted with an electric booster pump, aimed at low incoming pressure and well supplies where a standard RO membrane underperforms.
