Thirty dollars over the standard Premier buys a remineralising stage, and the honest case for it is taste rather than health: RO permeate is flat and slightly acidic, and putting calcium and magnesium back makes it drinkable in a way plain permeate is not. Aquasure's claimed 8.5 to 10 pH range is at the aggressive end of what remineralisation cartridges achieve, and the upper figure would be unusual in practice; no test data supports either end. The RO hardware underneath is identical to the standard model, including the 1.5 to 1 drain ratio that is the best specification on either system. Certification is unchanged and worth restating: Aquasure's only NSF listing covers two RO membrane part numbers for material and structural integrity, not for removing anything, and the lead-free faucet claim is a component materials certification. Buyers who dislike the taste of RO water should take this version; buyers chasing an alkaline health benefit are paying for a claim nobody has verified.

The Aquasure Premier Advanced Alkaline is the four stage 75 GPD reverse osmosis system with the fourth stage replaced by an alkaline remineralising cartridge. Aquasure states the stage returns calcium, magnesium and potassium to the permeate and raises pH into an 8.5 to 10 range. Everything else matches the standard Premier Advanced: three gallon tank, 1.5 to 1 drain ratio, lead-free faucet, ShokBlok and Flowlok protection.
