What they say
Mito Red LightMitoMIN 2.0
Three r/redlighttherapy owners name the MitoMIN 2.0 between March 2024 and November 2025: one says they love it so far as a first panel bought on sale, one uses it nightly on the red-only setting, and one found it blindingly bright even with goggles on.
No owner reported a failed fan, timer or LED, and no warranty claim turned up.
In shopping threads (April 2025, January 2026), commenters who bought the Hooga Ultra 360 instead pointed to the MitoMIN 2.0's fewer LEDs and two wavelengths.
HoogaPRO300
Reddit owners of the PRO300 mostly report on its build and price.
In a March 2024 r/redlighttherapy thread (106 comments), a buyer asked whether to cancel her order.
Four owners replied that the panel was solid, rock solid or a quality unit, and one who bought in January called it the best deal for a quality machine.
Another found it cheaper on Amazon than on Hooga's site once shipping was counted.
One owner said the output was strong enough to warm his skin quickly at 6 to 12 inches on red.
Against that, one shopper pointed out the 300 W label against Hooga's own 112 W power-draw figure.
A commenter in the same thread called Hooga's support rude and said she had opened a PayPal case, but she did not name a device.
In a February 2025 thread, two PRO300 owners said every LED lights when red runs alone.
Two 2022 owners called it best bang for the buck and extremely good for the price.

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoMIN 2.0
The written reviews of the MitoMIN 2.0 are weak evidence: almost all come from affiliate sites that repeat Mito's specifications, and no independent spectrometer test of this model exists.
Amazon-affiliate sites (August 2026) agree it is a compact tabletop panel that covers one area at a time, with a kickstand, a 1 to 20 minute timer and a quiet fan.
Redlighttherapy.com credits Mito for printing a lab figure next to its higher solar-meter figure and calls the 2-year warranty shorter than rivals' 3, though its buy button points to a competing maker; several affiliate reviews give the wrong warranty or price.
HoogaPRO300
Two outlets have written up the PRO300, and both rate it mainly on value.
Wareable (August 2026), which earns affiliate commission on it, bought its unit from Hooga.
After several weeks of daily use it called the panel solid and well made but not premium, with simple manual controls, 5, 10 and 15-minute timer buttons and no app.
It said the panel gets warm in longer sessions.
Light Therapy Insiders' Alex Fergus earns commission from Hooga through code ALEX and has affiliate links with most of the market.
In an October 2023 comparison he preferred it to the HG300 for its included stand, flicker-free LEDs, daisy-chain port and quieter fans.
In a nine-panel budget roundup he put it in his final two with 25 W of measured output against 23 W for the MitoPRO 300.
He faulted its two wavelengths and, at the time, its lack of a timer and its two-year warranty.

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoMIN 2.0
Only one small channel, Doing Light Therapy at Home, has reviewed the MitoMIN 2.0 in any depth, in a January to February 2023 series on a unit Mito sent free; the channel is a Mito affiliate with a discount code and also earns from PlatinumLED and Rouge.
It shows the stand attached out of the box, three light modes, a simple control panel and a timer that remembers the last session length, and the parts that could be read carry no measurements or criticism.
No larger or independent channel has reviewed this model.
HoogaPRO300
Three PRO300 videos, all with ties.
Alex Fergus, who links Hooga with an automatic-discount affiliate link and codes ALEX and FERGUS, reviewed it in August 2022 (55,107 views).
He measured 50 mW/cm2 averaged over nine points and 65 at peak on a spectrometer, 25.4 W of output and 50.5 dB at 6 inches, with no flicker or EMF concern.
He called the $242 price with his code hard to beat but faulted the very stiff stand, the missing timer and LEDs holding two same-wavelength chips.
His April 2026 series comparison (5,546 views), labelled paid promotion with products provided free and also carrying codes for rival brands, put it at about $10 per watt with output similar to the HG300.
Riley Sorensen (July 2024, 19,463 views), who links it through an Amazon affiliate link, praised the build and daisy-chain port but found it bulky for travel.

Mito Red LightMitoMIN 2.0
Rated 4.5 from 170 ratings on Amazon US (78 percent five-star, 11 four-star, 4 three-star, 4 two-star, 3 one-star) at $249 on Mito's own listing, where the visible reviews are tagged to the MitoMIN 2.0 size.
Amazon's summary tags quality in 30 reviews (29 positive), value for money in 14, ease of use in 10 and sturdiness in 8, every one of the last three positive.
Recent reviews describe a solid metal build, straightforward controls and quiet running; the critical points are that it is heavier than expected, has no carry handle, and starts the moment the timer is set.
HoogaPRO300
Hooga Health sells the PRO300 on Amazon US itself at $299, fulfilled by Amazon, with 400-plus bought in the past month.
The listing reads 4.6 from 772 ratings: 83 percent five-star, 9 four-star, 2 three-star, 2 two-star and 4 percent one-star.
It sits in a size family with the PRO750 and PRO1500, but those sizes carry their own counts of 18 and 21 ratings and their own splits, so the figure is the PRO300's alone.
Amazon's review tags lean positive on the hardware: brightness in 21 reviews with none negative, value for money in 41 (34 positive, 7 negative), ease of use in 20 (17 positive) and heat output in 14 (10 positive, 4 negative).
Among the critical excerpts shown, one buyer said the panel gets very hot and that support called the complaint user error.
Another said the fan was strong but the panel gave off no warmth.
