The PRO300 is Hooga's dual-chip tabletop panel, a 109 sq in face with 60 LEDs that Hooga says each carry a 660 and an 850 nm chip, at $299 with a built-in stand, carry handle and 5, 10 or 15-minute timer. Light Therapy Insiders, which earns commission from Hooga and from most rival brands, measured an August 2022 unit at 50 mW/cm2 averaged over nine points at 6 in and 65 at peak on a spectrometer, against the 109 Hooga claims. That unit had no timer and two same-wavelength chips in each LED, so the reading describes an earlier build and output is not scored. Hooga lists UL files for the PRO line's drivers and cords, which are components, and states the finished panel has no UL or ETL listing; there is no 510(k). Its own Amazon file reads 4.6 from 772 ratings, 83 percent five-star, with value for money and heat output the tags that carry complaints. The warranty is 3 years.

The Hooga PRO300 is the tabletop panel in Hooga's dual-chip PRO line: 12.7 x 8.6 x 3.1 in and about 8 lb, with 60 dual-chip 5 W LEDs that Hooga says each carry a 660 nm and an 850 nm chip, an internal fan, a built-in adjustable stand, a carry handle and a digital 5, 10 or 15-minute timer. Hooga rates it at 300 W of LED class and 112 W of power consumption, with 131 mW/cm2 at 3 in and 109 at 6 in, and says the PRO line's LED drivers, power cords and internal wiring are UL listed components. The manual suggests 2 to 3 minutes at 18 in for surface use and 6 to 10 minutes at 6 to 12 in. The $299 price includes a hanging kit and goggles; the door mount and series-linking cord are not included, and a wall mount is $49. The PRO750, at 20.4 x 8.6 in with 150 LEDs, sells for $599 and lands in the same coverage band.
