The ULTRA360 is Hooga's quad-chip tabletop panel, a 109 sq in face with 72 LEDs that each carry 630, 660, 810 and 850 nm chips, a built-in stand and a remote, at $399. Hooga now lists a touchscreen with 1 to 100 percent dimming, a 1 to 30-minute timer and pulsing up to 9,999 Hz. Light Therapy Insiders, sent the unit free and earning commission from Hooga and rival brands, measured it in early 2025 at 60 mW/cm2 averaged at 6 in and 74 at peak on a spectrometer, against the 132 to 136 Hooga states, and read the 810 nm channel at about 830. That unit had buttons, three brightness steps and a fixed 10 Hz pulse, so the reading describes an earlier build and output is not scored. It is listed with the FDA under Shenzhen Sungrow LED Technology's exempt ILY registration, with no 510(k) or finished-product safety listing. Its own Amazon file reads 4.6 from 181. The warranty is 3 years.

The Hooga ULTRA360 is the tabletop panel in Hooga's quad-chip ULTRA line: 12.7 x 8.6 x 2.5 in and 12 lb in Hooga's chart, with 72 quad-chip 5 W LEDs that each carry 630, 660, 810 and 850 nm chips, fans, a built-in adjustable stand, a carry handle and a remote. Hooga lists a touchscreen with red and near-infrared dimming from 1 to 100 percent, a 1 to 30-minute timer with 5, 10 and 15-minute presets and near-infrared pulsing from 1 to 9,999 Hz. It rates the panel at 360 W of LED class and 120 W of output power, with 192 mW/cm2 at 3 in and 136 at 6 in (132 elsewhere on the page). The manual suggests 2 to 3 minutes at 18 in for surface use and 5 to 10 minutes at 6 to 12 in. The $399 price includes goggles; the panel does not attach to Hooga's mobile stands. The ULTRA750, at 20.4 x 8.6 in with 150 LEDs, sells for $799 and lands in the same coverage band.
