Renogy is the brand of RNG International, Inc., of Ontario, California, which Dr. Yi Li founded in 2010.

It sells direct from renogy.com and its Amazon and eBay brand stores, and through Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy, Camping World and Walmart's marketplace.

The Renogy RNG-DCC1212-60 is a 12 V DC-DC charger rated 60 A and 750 W, with an 8 to 16 V input range, 90 percent efficiency, under 50 mV of output ripple at rated current and 0.4 A of idle draw by its manual. Five DIP switches set lead-acid absorption at 14.1 to 14.7 V and float at 13.2 to 13.8 V, or one of two lithium voltage ranges (12.6 to 13.0 V or 14.0 to 14.6 V), for AGM, flooded, gel, sealed, lithium iron phosphate and lithium-ion batteries. Charging is three-stage (bulk, boost, float), started and stopped by a 12 V ignition signal on its D+ terminal; feeding 12 V to its LC terminal halves the output to 30 A. It works from -20 to 50 °C, with -3 mV/°C/2V temperature compensation for lead-acid batteries through an optional sensor ($14.99). It measures 12.2 x 6.9 x 2.7 in (311 x 175 x 68 mm), weighs 5.3 lb and has M6 x 10 mm terminals; the manual warns that input current can run up to 50 percent above rated output. The box holds the charger alone; the D+ and LC wires (18 to 16 AWG recommended) are not included. Renogy sells it at $224.99.
