What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPRO 300+
Six owners who name the 300+ posted in r/redlighttherapy and r/SkincareAddictionLux between February 2024 and May 2025, and none reported a fault, failure or warranty claim.
Their comments are mostly about placement and use: one keeps it on the corner of a sit-stand desk and moves it up or down for different areas, and one describes the single mode button that switches between red, near-infrared or both.
The complaints are about size and guidance: one buyer found it smaller than expected, one said the manual's 14 inches does not match the website's 6, and another could not work out session times from Mito's irradiance and fluence figures.
HoogaULTRA360
Owners on r/redlighttherapy describe the ULTRA360 as solidly made and mostly fault its size.
Two owners in January and September 2024 called it well built, and one said Hooga's service was very good.
A PRO300 owner who swapped to it in February 2024 found it noticeably brighter.
Against that, an owner returned hers after two months in July 2026: she found the panel clunky and uncomfortable to sit in front of every day, and Hooga refunded her in full with no questions asked.
Two other owners also called it heavy or bulky.
One owner said the timer cannot be extended mid-session.
A German buyer reported 13 LEDs dark on arrival in October 2024.
Owners paid $300 to $339 after public discount codes.

Light Therapy Insiders (March 2026), which earns affiliate commission from Mito and says the products were provided free, calls the 300+ the best choice for most buyers in a tabletop roundup under $500, citing four wavelengths, a timer with automatic shut-off, separate red and near-infrared control and an included stand; the article publishes no measurement of this panel.
Best Red Light, an affiliate site, rates it 4.7 of 5 after claimed weeks of use but says no stand comes in the box, which contradicts Mito's listing.
MedGrade and As Well You Should are desk summaries, and the one limit they share is the small treatment area.
HoogaULTRA360
One written test measures the ULTRA360, and an affiliate review adds little to it.
Light Therapy Insiders tested a unit Hooga sent free and earns commission on Hooga sales, as well as on rival brands whose codes appear in the same review (February 2025).
On a spectrometer it read a 74 mW/cm2 peak and a 60 mW/cm2 average at 6 inches.
Hooga claims 132.
It ranked the panel's output second of 17 tabletop panels and measured 44.5 dB and 0.22 µT.
It called the panel excellent value at $12.40 per watt.
It faulted a stiff plastic stand that leaves black marks, button controls with only 10, 50 and 100 percent brightness, and a thin manual.
Red Light Therapy Digest earns commission on Hooga sales.
Its August 2026 review said the stand holds its angle, but it mostly repeats Hooga's own specifications.

Mito Red LightMitoPRO 300+
The only video naming the 300+ is from Shervin Shares Reviews (November 2025, 543 views), whose unit was sent by Mito and whose description carries Amazon affiliate and discount links.
He shows a 300+ stacked on a larger MitoPRO+ panel on a rolling stand and reports that linked panels power on together from one plug, the controls are simple mode, time and OK buttons, the timer shuts the panel off, and it gives off slight warmth.
Most of the video repeats Mito's specifications and nothing is measured.
HoogaULTRA360
Two creators have reviewed the ULTRA360, and both earn from its sale.
Alex Fergus reviewed a unit Hooga sent him, and his description carries a Hooga discount link next to codes for Mito, PlatinumLED and Rojo (January 2025, about 30,200 views, no paid-promotion label).
He measured a 74 mW/cm2 peak and a 60 mW/cm2 average on a spectrometer, plus 44.2 dB and 0.22 µT.
He called it well priced and simple to use.
He faulted the stiff stand that marks tables, brightness preset at 10, 50 or 100 percent, and the brief manual.
Lindsey Unboxed earns Amazon commission through her link.
Her 84-second video (March 2025, about 4,100 views) found the panel compact and sturdy, with a 5-to-30-minute timer, separate red and near-infrared modes and a remote.

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPRO 300+
Mito sells only its two-wavelength 2.0 panels on Amazon US, through its own Mito Red Light Official store; no MitoPRO X, MitoPRO+ or MitoADAPT panel has a rated listing there, and a MitoPRO+ listing added in June 2026 has no ratings.
The MitoMIN 2.0 holds 4.5 from 170 ratings, split 78 percent five-star against 3 percent one-star, and Amazon tags its quality in 30 reviews, 29 of them positive.
The MitoMID 2.0 holds 4.6 from 61 and the MitoMEGA 2.0 4.9 from 19.
Those are simpler 660 and 850 nm panels, so the figures describe the brand rather than this series.
HoogaULTRA360
The ULTRA360's own Amazon listing, which is sold by Hooga Health and ships from Amazon at $399, has its own review file, separate from its larger ULTRA siblings.
It reads 4.6 from 181 ratings, with 82 percent at five stars and 5 percent at one or two.
Amazon's review tags are positive on brightness (42 of 43 mentions), build quality (12 of 13) and ease of use (10 of 11).
Value for money is mostly positive (13 of 17), and adjustability is split 4 to 2.
The critical excerpts shown report a very stiff stand, a remote that arrived without a charger, and one buyer saying the panel has no display and only a 10 Hz near-infrared pulse, so it is less adjustable than the listing says.
