  • In r/Jackery's December 2024 thread asking owners about regrets, about 17 were satisfied against about 12 complaints, mostly overpriced panels and proprietary 8 mm solar ports, slow support and a few units dead on arrival.
  • The top answer in an April 2025 r/preppers thread, from an owner of five units, called them easy to use and durable and the panels overpriced, while two owners reported failed ports or problems with larger units.
