EcoFlow is sold in the US by EcoFlow Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation owned by Shenzhen EcoFlow Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., a private company founded in 2017 by Wang Lei, who earlier set up DJI’s battery research department. It raised a Series B of more than $100 million led by HSG in 2021, and Bloomberg reported in December 2025 that it plans a US listing; it is not listed on any exchange.
Its range runs from the 768 Wh RIVER 2 Pro to the DELTA Pro Ultra X, a 12 kW inverter sold with 12 kWh of batteries, every station we score on LiFePO4 cells. EcoFlow rates some models for 3,000 to 4,000 cycles to 80 percent of capacity and publishes no cycle rating for the DELTA 3 Classic, Max, Max Plus, Ultra or Ultra Plus. The DELTA Pro 3, DELTA Pro Ultra and DELTA Pro Ultra X supply 120/240 V from one unit and are listed to UL 9540 by SGS; every other station we score is listed to UL 2743 by SGS or TÜV Rheinland. The CPSC recalled about 25,030 DELTA Max 2000 stations in October 2025 for a fire hazard, remedied by a firmware update.
EcoFlow sells direct from us.ecoflow.com with returns within 30 days, where its policy gives 5 years on most stations, 3 years plus 2 on registration for the DELTA 3 Classic, Max and Ultra models, and 2 years plus 3 on registration for the DELTA Pro. It also sells on Amazon US, at Costco, Home Depot and Lowe’s, and through marketplace stores at Best Buy and Walmart.
Trustpilot rates EcoFlow 3.6 from 10,553 reviews, 55 percent five-star and 23 percent one-star, and the BBB rates EcoFlow Technology F, not accredited, with 122 complaints in three years. A class action filed in August 2026 in federal court in California challenges the reference prices on us.ecoflow.com.
