- One unit would not turn on after two weeks and three uses (July 2025), another shut off seconds after power-on and blocked a firmware update (November 2025), and one owner found it ignored one of two parallel solar panels and held near 545 W at its 20 A limit (July 2026).
- Another owner saw the display read about 200 W above two plug-in meters, which BLUETTI's account put down to apparent power, and one buyer cancelled because an apartment required a full UL listing.
EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max
- One owner report in r/Ecoflow_community names the DELTA 3 Max: in UPS use with an 1,800 W load it shut off on an "AC inlet power too high" fault instead of switching to battery (November 2025).
