BLUETTI is the consumer brand of Shenzhen PowerOak Newener Co., Ltd., a Chinese energy storage manufacturer established in 2013 that runs its own factory in Huizhou. In the United States it trades through BLUETTI Power Inc., founded in 2021, with offices in Nevada and California.

In this category BLUETTI sells LiFePO4 stations from about 1 kWh to 3.8 kWh in the Elite, Premium and AC lines, the sodium-ion Pioneer Na, the FridgePower refrigerator backup unit, and the Apex 300, a 120/240 V station that expands with B300K and B500K batteries for home backup. It also sells solar panels, expansion batteries and EnergyPro home storage systems.

US buyers can order from bluettipower.com, the BLUETTI store on Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s and Best Buy. BLUETTI’s warranty table gives 5 years on most current stations and 3 years on the Elite 100 mini and Pioneer Na, and claims need proof of purchase from BLUETTI or an authorized seller. The store allows returns within 30 days, with return shipping deducted from the refund.

CPSC records show zero recalls of a BLUETTI station from 2022 to 2026. TÜV SÜD or Intertek lists ten of its current US stations to UL 2743 by model; the Pioneer Na has no listing in the directories searched. The BBB rates Bluetti Power Inc. F, and a consumer suit filed in April 2026 is pending in federal court in California.
