Two owner reports on the FridgePower appear in r/bluetti since it shipped. In August 2026 one owner's unit kept dropping Wi-Fi and Bluetooth until its power light would not stay on; BLUETTI support judged it failed and sent a replacement within about a week, which the owner called quick and helpful. In June 2026 another owner found the expansion battery's fixed cable too short to reach the main unit when the two sit side by side on a fridge.
