Usability

7.4 out of 10

It stores 3,072 Wh, near the top of the large tier's scale, so it scores 7 on capacity; CNET drew 2,645.91 Wh of it on AC, 86.1 percent of rated.

Its inverter is rated 3,600 W continuous and 7,200 W surge at 120 V, so it scores 10 on power output.

CNET charged it from a wall outlet in 2 hours 20 minutes and solar input reaches 2,400 W, so it scores 6 on recharging.

Anker rates the cells for 4,000 cycles to 80 percent capacity, so it scores 8 on battery life.

It switches to battery within 20 ms, takes three BP3000 batteries to 12,288 Wh and is sold with Anker's 6-circuit transfer switch, so it scores 7 on backup readiness.

SGS lists it to UL 2743 and, as an energy storage system, to UL 9540 by model, but no UL 1973 battery listing names it, so it scores 6 on verification.

Anker's policy gives it 5 years, so it scores 8 on warranty and support.

3,600 W at 120 V, 240 V only in pairs

The F3000 is Anker's 3 kWh LiFePO4 station on wheels, a 91.5 lb box with 120 V outlets only.

Verdict

It suits a buyer who wants 120 V outage or RV power with a 30 A outlet and room to add batteries, and who does not need 240 V from one box.

Owner threads about Anker SOLIX stations mix praise and service complaints. In an r/anker thread on where to buy an F2600 (July 2026), owners praised the direct store's 30-day price match and quick shipping. In the same thread, one owner said Anker Direct refused valid returns and charged return fees, and a Costco buyer described over a week of once-a-night replies on a PS400 panel claim. A UK owner in r/LinusTechTips (June 2026) needed about 30 emails before a manager honoured a warranty replacement.

Home Depot's five Anker SOLIX station files hold 269 reviews, and setting aside 115 marked as customer reviews from Anker and 17 from its Reviewer Program leaves 137 native reviews from 2024 to 2026, 53 of them ratings without text. Native owners describe running refrigerators for 8.8 to 32 hours, CPAP machines and a well pump, and praise fast recharging, while complaints gather on the F3800, with failed solar or DC inputs, a display failing after a year and a shutdown at about 1,800 W of UPS load. Lowe's shared C1000X Gen 2 and C2000X Gen 2 file holds eight native reviews among 40. Best Buy's 96 C1000X and C1000X Gen 2 reviews all carry the Incentivized or Tech Insider Network tag, and Walmart's 66 C1000X-series reviews and most of Sam's Club's are syndicated from Anker or incentivised, so they are not counted.
