Anker SOLIX is the energy brand of Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd., a consumer electronics maker founded in 2011 by Steven Yang, headquartered in Changsha, China, and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Its US store, ankersolix.com, carries a Fantasia Trading LLC copyright, and its terms name Anker Solix Limited as the seller for US orders.

In this category Anker SOLIX sells LiFePO4 stations from the 508 Wh 536 PowerHouse to the 3.8 kWh F3800 and F3800 Plus, which give 120/240 V split-phase from one unit, and the E10, a modular home battery certified as a system to UL 9540. It also sells expansion batteries, portable solar panels, transfer switches, a Home Power Panel and a tri-fuel smart generator.

US buyers can order from ankersolix.com, Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Walmart and Sam’s Club. Anker’s warranty policy gives 5 years on every current station, and the E10 battery is covered for 5 years or 15 MWh of throughput. ankersolix.com allows returns within 30 days.

CPSC records show zero recalls of an Anker SOLIX station from 2022 to 2026; Anker’s recalls in that period were power banks, speakers and cooler batteries. SGS, Intertek or TÜV SÜD lists every current US station to UL 2743 or UL 9540 by model. The BBB rates Anker Innovations F, and a California class action over reference pricing, filed in April 2026, is pending.
