Owner posts on the C1000 in r/anker run from September 2023 to October 2024. One new unit arrived dead and would neither turn on nor charge (June 2024). Another stopped charging from AC and dropped its Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections after a firmware update (May 2024). A third read 100 percent but would not power on until it was plugged back in (October 2024). One owner recorded its three 60 mm fans at a 600 W load and called the noise a nuisance (September 2023).

OutdoorGearLab, which buys its test units and earns Amazon commission, drew 897 Wh, 85 percent, scored it 66 (May 2025), and found its fans among the loudest tested at full load, with 33 minutes of runtime at maximum output. Trusted Reviews, testing the UK model, measured 83.3 percent round-trip efficiency on AC, reached full charge in 54 minutes in UltraFast mode, and faulted loud fans near maximum load.

Modern Upgrade, which earns commission through Home Depot and eBay links, tested the C1000X, the same station in black, drew 961 Wh on AC, 91 percent of rated, and held 2,202 W, but its AC outlets shut off after about 30 minutes despite a never-off setting in the app (June 2024, about 12,900 views). TDCatTech, linking Anker's UK and US stores, tested the UK model, kept a gaming PC running through a UPS switchover, and faulted a fan whine and loud fan steps at high power (February 2024, about 32,800 views).

Entries from late 2023 to mid 2024 carry the 'Customer review from Anker' syndication line, while those from mid 2024 to 2025 are native verified purchases, most of them ratings without text. Native reviewers describe running a Keurig while dry camping, 8.8 hours on a refrigerator and quick recharging. One native reviewer says it switched too slowly to serve as a UPS and that firmware 1.4.3 distorted its output waveform.
