The Middle Size Nobody Has Measured

The MitoPRO 750X sits between the tabletop 300X and the full-body 1500X, at $749 for a 230 sq in face that covers the upper or lower body in one session. It is the one MitoPRO X size with no measured output: Mito's LightLab retest was still in progress in April 2026 and no independent tester has published a figure, so the more than 160 mW/cm2 on its page is a solar-meter number with nothing behind it. Intertek and UL both list the finished panel, which puts it above most panels on verification, but there is no 510(k). The six peaks and their shares are published; the lab spectrum that exists for its two siblings does not yet exist for it. One owner measured the frame at 9.5 x 22.5 in against the listed 10 x 23. Buyers get the X series' touchscreen and app for $550 less than the 1500X, and give up any output figure for this size.

PROS
  • ETL listing and UL listing on the finished panel
  • Six published peaks with per-wavelength shares
  • Touchscreen, dimming and Bluetooth app
  • Door hook and steel hanging cables included
  • 3-year warranty and 60-day return with no restocking fee
CONS
  • No measured output: lab retest pending, no independent test
  • Claimed >160 mW/cm2 is a solar-meter figure
  • No 510(k); "FDA Class II registered" is an exempt listing
  • No housing material published
  • Floor stand $139 extra, universal stand $349

The MitoPRO 750X is the half-body size of the MitoPRO X series: a 10 x 23 in panel, 15 lb, with 150 dual-chip LEDs across six peaks from 590 to 850 nm, a touchscreen and Bluetooth app control. It draws 225 W and ships with a door hook, steel cables and straps; floor and universal stands cost $139 and $349. Mito states more than 160 mW/cm2 at 6 in on a solar meter and more than 70 on a spectroradiometer.

Brand-level

Mito Red Light, LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona sells direct from mitoredlight.com, and on Amazon only its 2.0 panels. Its Trustpilot profile reads 4.4 from 1,076 reviews, which Mito invites, split 76 percent five-star against 9 percent one-star, and it replies to 99 percent of negative reviews; the BBB rates it A and has accredited it since September 2021. No US retailer publishes its own reviews of a Mito device: Best Buy's marketplace listings, sold under Mito's trade name MRL Horizons LLC, carry ratings syndicated from mitoredlight.com, so the retailer pool is empty at every level. Mito's one recall, of the discontinued Mito Mobile Super for a battery fire risk, does not cover this device.
