The Mini 3.0 is Joovv's smallest panel, a 129 sq in face with 60 LEDs at 660 and 850 nm, at $1,099 with its floor stand against a $1,199 compare-at price. Light Therapy Insiders, which earns commission from competing panel brands and holds no Joovv code, measured 53 mW/cm2 averaged over nine points on a spectrometer, against the more than 100 on Joovv's page, and 28 W of total light. That average sits with the Mito and Hooga tabletop panels the same tester measured, below the 70 of PlatinumLED's BioMax 300, and he put the price at $39 per watt of light against under $15 for a good tabletop panel. Intertek lists the Mini 3.0 as ETL classified to the medical electrical safety standard; there is no 510(k), and Joovv's "Class II Medical Device" badge describes the exempt ILY product code it is listed under. Testers name fan whine, a high electric-field reading and the price; the warranty is 2 years with a 60-day return at the buyer's shipping cost.

The Joovv Mini 3.0 is Joovv's tabletop panel: 14.75 x 8.75 x 2.34 in and about 7 lb, with 60 LEDs, 30 at 660 nm and 30 at 850 nm, in a polycarbonate frame with a fan. Joovv rates it at 180 VA and up to 36 W of light, states more than 100 mW/cm2 without a distance, and recommends 10-minute sessions at 16 to 24 in. The $1,099 price includes the Boot Floor Stand; with the Mini Stand it is $1,199, the door mount $1,349 and the wall mount $1,449. It has Bluetooth app control, a pulsed Recovery+ mode, an ambient mode and an alarm, and ships with protective eyewear.

One Reddit post comes from use of the Mini 3.0: in August 2025 an r/redlighttherapy poster who had used her mother's Mini 3.0 for about a month said she wanted her own but found the price hard to justify, and asked for cheaper alternatives. In an October 2025 thread weighing it against the PlatinumLED BioMax 300, a shopper pointed out that the Mini has only one red and one near-infrared wavelength, and said her older metal-cased full-body Joovv had lasted seven years. No failure, fan or warranty report names the Mini 3.0.

Light Therapy Insiders bought its unit and earns commission from rival panel brands whose codes sit in the same review; it measured 53 mW/cm2 averaged over nine points on a spectrometer, 28 W of total light and 52 dB at 6 inches, reported a high electric-field reading and a static noise with the panel switched off, and put the cost at $39 per watt against under $15 for a good tabletop panel. Hunker (September 2021), whose writer received the unit free from Joovv, used it daily for three months and named only the price and its bulk as drawbacks. SPY (February 2023, commission links) found it heavy for its size, bright enough to need the supplied glasses and warm, with a stand that made positioning easy.

Two channels have reviewed the Mini 3.0. Alex Fergus, whose descriptions carry a Joovv link without a discount alongside codes for several rival brands, reviewed a unit he bought in a 46-minute video (January 2023, about 2,800 views) and a 10-minute version (April 2023, about 4,800 views): he measured 53 mW/cm2 on average with a spectrometer, disliked the fan's pitch and a static noise with the panel off, flagged high electric-field readings, and said that at the price he would choose a Mito panel instead. Laptop Mag's 99-second First Look (April 2022) was positive about the compact modular design and the separate red, near-infrared and Recovery+ modes.

No US retailer or Amazon US listing carries a Joovv device, so the Amazon and retailer pools are empty at every level. Its Trustpilot profile reads 1.4 from 76 reviews, 86 percent one-star against 5 percent five-star, on a profile Joovv has not claimed, has never invited reviews to and does not answer; the recurring complaints there are email-only support, refused returns and owner-paid shipping on warranty repairs. The BBB rates Joovv, Inc. B+ without accreditation, with 14 complaints closed in three years, and no Joovv device has been recalled.
