- Its store sells everything from beach cruisers and Townie comfort bikes to kids' bikes and the Go e-bikes.
- Electra e-bikes are also sold through independent US bike shops and REI.

The Electra Townie Go is a Class 2 step-through cruiser e-bike with a thumb throttle and pedal assist to 20 mph, a 500 W rear hub motor rated at 60 Nm and a 520 Wh battery integrated in the down tube. The battery does not lift out, so it charges on the bike through a magnetic charger that fills it in about 5.5 hours.
It has hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm rotors, a rigid alloy fork, a torque sensor, an 8-speed drivetrain and 2.35 in balloon tires (27.5 in on size M/L, 26 in on size S/M). A headlight, a tail light with brake light and turn signals, a full-colour display, an alloy rear rack and alloy fenders come fitted.
Size M/L weighs 57.74 lb with the battery, and the total limit for bike, rider and cargo is 300 lb. The maker claims up to 50 miles of range. The Townie Go S on the same frame and battery is set to Class 3 with pedal assist to 28 mph, sells at the same $2,099.99 and is not sold to California.
Four colours sell at one price. Model year 2026 Townie Go Step Thru bikes sold before October 28, 2025 are covered by a rear wheel bolt recall with a free dealer repair.
