The BougeRV ISE237 is the 24 V version of BougeRV's 200 W N-type TOPCon bifacial panel, model TBJ200W-B-B016 on its spec sheet, built from 104 cells with 16 busbars. It is rated 31.7 V and 6.3 A at maximum power and 36.4 V open-circuit with 6.6 A short-circuit, with a 1000 V DC system limit and a 15 A series fuse.
It measures 50.7 x 30.2 x 1.4 in (1287 x 767 x 35 mm) and weighs 22.5 lb, with 3.2 mm tempered glass, an anodized aluminum frame and 14 AWG MC4 leads. The spec sheet gives -0.32 percent per °C for Pmax and an operating range of -40 to 185 °F, and the page a 2400 Pa load rating front and back.
