The BougeRV ISE251 is the 12 V version of BougeRV's 200 W N-type TOPCon bifacial panel, model TBJ200W-B-B016 on its spec sheet, built from 80 cells with 16 busbars. It is rated 24.4 V and 8.2 A at maximum power and 28 V open-circuit with 8.6 A short-circuit, and takes a 15 A series fuse.
It measures 51.6 x 30.2 x 1.4 in (1310 x 767 x 35 mm) and weighs 22.8 lb, with a 2400 Pa load rating front and back and Class A cells. BougeRV markets 25 percent cell efficiency and an 80 percent bifacial gain, and gives 10 years of product warranty and a 30-year performance warranty.
