Owner threads in r/bluetti (about 39,000 members) mix praise and service complaints: a Canadian Elite 100 V2 owner waited days between overnight email replies for a warranty label (October 2025), while a FridgePower owner got a replacement within about a week (August 2026). In a cold-weather thread, posters name the Pioneer Na as one of two stations on the market that charge below freezing.
