Aventon

Aventon designs and sells electric bikes under its own name. Its range runs from light single-speed city bikes and hub-drive commuters to step-through cruisers, fat-tire bikes, longtail and short-tail cargo bikes, and mid-drive hardtail and full-suspension mountain bikes.

Most current models carry Aventon’s own control unit for GPS tracking, app locking and over-the-air updates, and the newer mid-drive models use Aventon’s own motors.

In the US, Aventon sells through its own online store and a network of independent bike shops. The company is Ride Aventon, Inc., a privately held business based in Brea, California.
