What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPRO 750X
Four MitoPRO 750X owners report on r/redlighttherapy between November 2024 and August 2026.
Two are brief and positive, one calling the quality great with no issues.
In August 2026 an owner measured the frame at 9.5 x 22.5 inches against the advertised 10 x 23, and in November 2025 a buyer joined a 750X to a 1500X with the included rails and noted that Mito sells no wall-mount kit.
No failure, fan, app or warranty report naming the 750X turned up.
PlatinumLEDBIOMAX PRO NANO
No owner of the NANO posts about it on Reddit; owners of the larger PRO panels do.
Eight PRO ULTRA owners post across seven threads in r/redlighttherapy and r/flashlight between September 2025 and July 2026, four of them saying outright that they are pleased and one running six ULTRAs beside two MIDIs.
One ULTRA owner (January 2026) regrets buying once he saw how little of the output goes to the 1060 nm and blue bands, and calls the 20 percent restocking fee, about $400, criminal; two find the stands awkward for lying down or sitting.
Commenters in the August 2025 launch thread call the PRO not worth the premium over a BIOMAX for a single-panel setup.

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPRO 750X
No written review measures the 750X; every article naming it is desk research or affiliate-linked.
Red Light Therapy Digest (series review, updated September 2026, affiliate links) rates the X series 3.7 of 5 and lists the weight and the lack of a wall-mount kit as cons, though it wrongly gives five wavelengths.
Daryl Stubbs, an athletic therapist who earns Mito affiliate commission, recommends the 750X from clinic use (May 2026) and names only the separately sold floor stand and the weight as drawbacks.
PlatinumLEDBIOMAX PRO NANO
No written hands-on test covers the NANO.
Light Therapy Insiders (Alex Fergus), a market-wide tester that received the PRO ULTRA free from PlatinumLED and earns PlatinumLED commission, tested the ULTRA in August 2025 and recorded the highest average output of any wall panel it had measured, 101 mW/cm2 over nine spots on a spectrometer.
It faulted the 20 percent restocking fee, a low-power mode that halves output so panels can share an outlet, almost no blue or 1060 nm output, a display that shows only the timer, no saved presets and a fiddly hanging hook.
In a companion piece the same month, with the same tie, it wrote that it would buy the BIOMAX 900 rather than pay $300 more for the ULTRA.

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPRO 750X
One full video review names the 750X: Daryl Stubbs (Sync Therapy, mid-2024, about 750 views), who uses a Mito discount code, calls it well built and sturdy and shows a session starting with two presses in mode 1.
The only other 750X videos are two 20-second clips from Doing Light Therapy at Home (February 2024), whose descriptions carry Mito affiliate links.
No unmonetized or measured video of the 750X exists.
PlatinumLEDBIOMAX PRO NANO
No video reviews the NANO.
Light Therapy Insiders (Alex Fergus), a market-wide tester who says on camera that PlatinumLED sent the panels and that he earns PlatinumLED commission, made three PRO videos in August 2025: a first look at all four sizes, a PRO ULTRA review (about 17,000 views) and a PRO ULTRA against BIOMAX 900 comparison titled "Save Your Money" (about 19,000 views).
He praises the output, the zero-gap edges for joining panels and the per-wavelength control, and faults the restocking fee, the half-power low mode, the small blue and 1060 nm share and a display that does not show the active settings.

The Mito Red Light MitoPRO 750X reading covers the whole brand; no usable source for the PlatinumLED BIOMAX PRO NANO.
What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPRO 750X
Mito sells only its two-wavelength 2.0 panels on Amazon US, through its own Mito Red Light Official store; no MitoPRO X, MitoPRO+ or MitoADAPT panel has a rated listing there, and a MitoPRO+ listing added in June 2026 has no ratings.
The MitoMIN 2.0 holds 4.5 from 170 ratings, split 78 percent five-star against 3 percent one-star, and Amazon tags its quality in 30 reviews, 29 of them positive.
The MitoMID 2.0 holds 4.6 from 61 and the MitoMEGA 2.0 4.9 from 19.
Those are simpler 660 and 850 nm panels, so the figures describe the brand rather than this series.
