What they say
Mito Red LightMitoMID 2.0
Three owners on r/redlighttherapy name the MitoMID 2.0, and all three posts are about mounting it.
In July 2026 a new owner asked how to raise it for treadmill use because the stands they found cost $200 to $300; another owner in that thread called the panel great but heavy for a treadmill setup and holds it with a tripod and tablet mount.
In August 2026 a third owner asked for a cheaper stand and worried the panel's depth and weight could tip an improvised one.
None reports a fan, timer, heat or failure problem.
KalaPro Panel
Pro owners post in r/redlighttherapy's Kala threads from 2022 to 2025 and in r/30PlusSkinCare (February 2025, 23 comments), none showing a tie.
Owners called the Pro very well made (2023) and liked its programmable frequencies and pulsing after two years (2024), and two still used it and liked it a year or more on (2025 and 2026).
Others reported a 7-week wait and a cheaper metal stand than the one pictured (2022), a hard return (2022), an order that never arrived (2023) and a refund paid only after the buyer chased it (2024).

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoMID 2.0
Written coverage of the MitoMID 2.0 comes from affiliate sites and a spec database, and none publishes its own measurement.
Best Red Light (April 2026, affiliate links) says it used the panel for several weeks and reports a solid housing and a fan that keeps temperatures steady through 20-minute sessions, but the same page carries another brand's warranty text and a wrong price.
Celliara (April 2026, affiliate) says it covers one zone at a time and costs more than budget mid-size panels, and Red Light Panel Index notes that the stand is sold separately.
KalaPro Panel
The only hands-on web reviews of the Pro are Daryl Stubbs's, which count nowhere.
One level up, Light Therapy Insiders (Alex Fergus), a market-wide tester with a Kala affiliate link, ranked the Elite third of 17 panels on spectrometer output but 14th overall in his comparison first published in February 2024, faulting hanging wires that snapped, a short cable and gaps between the LED clusters, and Marco Gentile, a market-wide reviewer whose page carries Kala code MARCOGENTILE, rated the Elite Duo, two Elites sold as a set, 3.2 of 5 in December 2025, faulting the lack of dimming and the single-chip LEDs.

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoMID 2.0
No hands-on video of the MitoMID 2.0 exists; two clips name it and neither shows use or testing.
Among its siblings, Doing Light Therapy at Home (January 2023; unit sent free by Mito, affiliate link and discount code) goes through the MitoMIN 2.0's digital timer, three modes and included stand, and notes it cannot be linked with other panels.
Klau99 Reviews (August 2024, Amazon and AliExpress affiliate links) shows the MitoMAX 2.0 after two to three weeks, with the door-hanging kit, two pairs of glasses and the adjustable timer; neither measures output, heat or noise.
KalaPro Panel
The only Pro video is Daryl Stubbs's (August 2024), which counts nowhere.
One level up, Red Light Therapy by Alex Fergus, a market-wide channel whose description carries Kala's affiliate link, tested the Elite in July 2024 (7,006 views), reading 84.2 mW/cm2 average at 6 inches against Kala's claimed 161, and called it decent but said better options exist, faulting hanging cables that snapped during setup and a confusing side control panel.
