- Three DELTA 3 Max Plus owners posted problems in r/Ecoflow_community.
- A new unit bought on Amazon shut off with error 491 when running a microwave (December 2025), another under a month old would not power off and looped on a firmware update (July 2026), and an October 2025 owner called it a step down from the DELTA 2 Max for its four outlets and, at launch, one extra battery.

- No Reddit owner report names this model, so the pool reads Jackery generally, where it is mixed.
- In r/Jackery's December 2024 thread asking owners about regrets, about 17 were satisfied against about 12 complaints, mostly overpriced panels and proprietary 8 mm solar ports, slow support and a few units dead on arrival.
- The top answer in an April 2025 r/preppers thread, from an owner of five units, called them easy to use and durable and the panels overpriced, while two owners reported failed ports or problems with larger units.
