What they say
Dr. Dennis GrossSpectraLite FaceWare Pro
Owners in r/SkincareAddiction, r/Sephora, r/30PlusSkinCare and r/AusSkincare mostly like the three-minute sessions and report the mask still working after two to five years, while the head strap is the most repeated complaint.
A March 2025 r/SkincareAddiction post (352 upvotes, 77 comments) credits ten weeks of twice-daily red-and-blue use with clearer skin, and several other owners report fewer or shorter-lived breakouts, while others saw no change after four months to a year and two say they developed breakouts.
About eight owners describe units that stopped charging, shut off after seconds, or lights that turned orange or yellow, one of them on two masks inside a month, and several others reply that switching to the USB-A charger the manual requires brought theirs back.
At least eight owners say the silicone strap slips or has not held since day one, so they use it lying down, and a few find the rigid shell presses on the nose or under-eyes or misses part of the face; two long-term owners note the silicone lining yellowing.
In an April 2026 r/Sephora thread (52 comments) several owners had moved to the flexible CurrentBody or Omnilux masks, and one who owns both prefers the Dennis Gross.
QureQ‑Rejuvalight Pro
Reddit discussion of the Q-Rejuvalight Pro is dominated by masks that stop holding a charge.
In an April 2025 r/SkincareAddiction thread on a mask that failed after 14 months (33 comments, replies running to September 2026), the poster says hers stopped finishing a session soon after the 12-month warranty ended and Qure offered only $100 off another mask, and about 20 commenters report the same battery or charging failure at 12 to 24 months, several adding the same $100 offer.
An August 2022 r/30PlusSkinCare thread (90 comments, to May 2026) and an April 2024 r/redlighttherapy thread repeat the charging failures, and one owner says Qure refused a replacement and offered 20 percent off.
A December 2024 r/redlighttherapy post describes a mask that pinched the nose bridge and a return refused as outside the 30-day window, then allowed once for about $16 in shipping and fees.
Owners in the same threads like the three-minute cordless sessions, one says Qure later sent her a free replacement, and several find it tight on the forehead or short at the jaw.

Magazine reviewers are almost uniformly positive: T3 gave it five stars in August 2025 after six weeks, InStyle's editor (January 2026) ranks it first of the 13 masks she has used, and GQ's reviewer (March 2025) was still using it after 17 months.
Byrdie's reviewer, sent a complimentary sample by the brand, used it daily for 90 days and faults the strap for falling off, and Who What Wear UK (June 2025) calls it bulky.
HuffPost's writer, who bought her own, says it has not failed in at least four years, while GQ notes the blue setting is not suited to darker skin.
None of these reviews measured the light output, and the sites carry affiliate links.
QureQ‑Rejuvalight Pro
Four hands-on tests cover the mask.
Light Therapy Insiders (Alex Fergus, July 2025, updated 2026), which sells it through its own 10-percent-off Qure link beside codes for most of the market, scored it 59 out of 100: its comfort and ease score of 22.5 of 25 was the highest of the masks Fergus had tested and its coverage of 9 of 25 the lowest, with 160 chips, thin light at the forehead, temples and under the eyes, none over the nose bridge or jaw, and a strap that was hard to fit; its spectrometer read 5 to 11 mW/cm2 against the 70 Qure claims.
Reviewed (Esther Bell, six weeks, updated July 2026), which earns through Skimlinks, named it best overall but found the strap hard to adjust.
PureWow (Marissa Wu, 12 weeks, October 2025), which says items may be gifted and carries Skimlinks, Amazon links and a Qure code, liked the cordless design and single button and found that the app's calendar drops any session not logged at once.
Women's Health (December 2024) found it roomy at the chin, short at the jaw and the strap toggle fiddly.

Lauren Christine, who bought hers and says the video is not sponsored and has no affiliate links, found it sturdy through two months of travel and long on battery after a year (December 2022, 48,013 views), and would buy it again.
Jessica Moore, whose mask was sent by Dr.
Dennis Gross and whose video carries affiliate links, names the strap as her one complaint after five months: its tightener stopped holding after three or four uses and she wears a beanie over the mask (September 2020, 67,932 views).
Erin Lawrence, who received hers as a sample, finds it easy to wear but hard to use every day for the ten weeks the brand advises, and says her skin looks softer and brighter when she does (May 2022, 52,137 views).
Keep Beauty Real, who bought hers in a Sephora sale, reports clearer skin within about four weeks (about 25,000 views).
None of these videos measured the output.
QureQ‑Rejuvalight Pro
Three videos test the mask itself.
Alex Fergus's Light Therapy Insiders review (July 2025, about 8,200 views) carries his Qure code and 10-percent-off link beside codes for most of the market; he rates the fit and the single-button operation highly, faults the confusing strap setup, the dose and the coverage, and scores it 59 out of 100.
Natalie O'Neill (October 2025, about 4,200 views), who sells it under the Qure code NATALIEO, has used it almost daily for two to three years; its battery now lasts far fewer sessions than it did, yet a year later she still prefers it to the Shark CryoGlow she moved to.
Carmel Nicole (December 2024, about 5,800 views) used a mask Qure gave her, with a Qure referral link, and walks through strap assembly and app pairing over two months, finding it secure and comfortable.
