Qure is the skincare and device brand of Qure Skincare Pty Ltd of Sydney, Australia, which also trades in the US as Qure Skincare LLC. It sells serums, microneedle patches, shower and faucet filters and three light devices from qureskincare.com, its own Amazon store and Revolve: the Q-Rejuvalight Pro face mask, the Neck and Décolletage System and the Q-Renew LLLT Helmet.
Its devices are made by Shenzhen Kaiyan Medical Equipment and exported through Light Tree Ventures. The face mask’s 510(k), K230042, filed by Light Tree Ventures Europe, and the helmet’s, K252414, filed by Kaiyan, each describe the model Qure sells, while the Neck and Décolletage System is listed with FDA only as a 510(k)-exempt device. Intertek’s directory carries no safety listing for any Qure device, and the one published measurement of a Qure device, Light Therapy Insiders’ reading of the face mask, averaged about 8 mW/cm2 against the 70 Qure claims.
On qureskincare.com the light devices run from $299 for the neck device to $999 for the helmet. Qure’s warranty policy gives each device 1 year, with a 1-year extension sold for the mask and the neck device, and orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt, with return shipping and a $10 fee taken from the refund.
Qure holds 4.5 from 1,614 Trustpilot reviews, and the BBB holds no file for it. Its face mask reads 4.2 from 42 ratings on its current Amazon listing. Testers praise the mask’s comfort and three-minute sessions, and owners most often fault mask batteries that stop holding a charge soon after the one-year warranty, met with a $100 credit.
