5.6 out of 10

At 10,000 W continuous it sits on the 8,000 to 11,999 W rung for a 48 V all-in-one, so it scores 8 on capacity.

Its 20,000 W peak is 2.0 times its continuous rating, so it scores 5 on operating range.

It has a 10 ms typical transfer, two built-in MPPT controllers, 120/240 V split phase from one unit, parallel operation of up to 6 units, CAN and RS485 battery communication, a Wi-Fi module with app monitoring and a 120 A AC charger, 480 A at 12 V-equivalent, so it scores 10 on features.

Intertek's directory lists this inverter, by its model name ECO10000W(SR), as Recognized, not Listed, to UL 1741 and CSA C22.2 No. 107.1 under Xiamen Eco-Sources Technology, so it scores 4 on verification.

Eco-Worthy's all-in-one inverter policy gives this model 2 years, with free repair or replacement for 18 months and a 60 or 30 percent trade-in credit after that, and the manual on its Canadian store states 1 year, so it scores 1 on warranty and support.

Warranty and returns

Eco-Worthy's warranty page gives most products 1 year and its 12 and 24 V batteries 3 years, for the original buyer only, against 10 years on its 48 V server-rack and PowerMega batteries and 2 years on its all-in-one inverters, both tiered by age.

Its spec table, Eco-Worthy's Canadian page and the readable copy of its manual publish no inverter efficiency and no no-load draw, and its 50 W power-saving threshold is a load level rather than an idle draw, so it is not scored on efficiency.

  • Solar harvesting and battery charging worked from the start
Complaints
  • Stopped charging the battery from a generator after one charge
  • Generator charging took a long hunt through numbered parameters

An r/SolarDIY owner running the Liber 10KP with Eco-Worthy's PowerMega battery reported solar harvesting and battery charging working, but after one 40 A charge from his generator the inverter would give the battery only about 1 A while it carried the house load, through repeated parameter and BMS-mode changes (July 2026).

  • Eco-Worthy credited the full inverter price on return
Complaints
  • No grid export, found only after purchase
  • 500 V PV limit too low for a cold-climate array
  • Slow customer service replies

On DIY Solar Forum a member who bought the 10kW in an eBay bundle found it cannot export to the grid, which Eco-Worthy support confirmed, and that its 500 V PV limit was below his array's cold-weather voltage; Eco-Worthy agreed to credit the full inverter price if he paid about $90 return shipping, and he bought another inverter (October 2025). Another member who paired it with Cubix 100 batteries asked which battery protocol and closed-loop settings to use, with no answer on reliability posted (March 2026).
