Its privacy policy names Starrysea Co., Limited of Hong Kong as its contact entity, while its Amazon and Walmart storefronts and the US POWER QUEEN battery trademark name Shenzhen Lizu Time Technology Co., Ltd of Shenzhen, China. LiTime’s contact page names the same Hong Kong company.

For off-grid and mobile power it sells 12 V and 24 V lithium iron phosphate batteries in classic, Bluetooth, low-temperature and self-heating versions, a 30 A MPPT solar charge controller, 2000 W and 3000 W pure sine wave inverters and a 40 A DC-DC charger. Orders ship from US warehouses, and it also sells through its own Amazon, Walmart and eBay stores.

Its warranty policy covers 12 V batteries of 20 Ah and above and 24 V batteries of 25 Ah and above for 5 years, charge controllers for 3 years, and chargers, including DC-DC chargers, and its 1000 W, 2000 W and 3000 W inverters for 2 years. A repaired or replaced unit continues the original term.
