Crystal Quest is a Kennesaw, Georgia manufacturer of water filtration equipment, trading since the mid 1980s and selling factory-direct alongside an Amazon storefront. The catalogue is one of the widest in the category, running from a 40 dollar faucet mount to five-figure point-of-entry reverse osmosis, with residential, commercial and industrial lines sharing the same media and valve platforms.
The engineering signature is a mixed media bed rather than a single carbon block. Most systems combine two coconut shell carbons including catalytic GAC, two Eagle Redox Alloy copper-zinc formulations, ion exchange resin and ceramic and tourmaline balls in one cartridge or one tank, which is why a Crystal Quest cartridge typically claims seven to twelve stages where a competitor claims three. Contaminant-specific media for fluoride, arsenic, nitrate, iron and tannins substitute into the same housings, so the range is unusually easy to specify against a water test result.
The weakness is verification. No Crystal Quest finished system appears under the brand name in the NSF, IAPMO or WQA public certification databases. What the company documents is component-level certification held upstream by its media suppliers, so every reduction claim on every product page is manufacturer-stated. Warranty is one year across the entire catalogue, including tank systems quoted for a 15 to 20 year service life, and filtration media cannot be returned. Products are assembled in the USA.
