Usability
This is Aquasure's only dedicated iron product outside the fine mesh softener resin, and the three-stage cartridge arrangement is a sensible shape for a well: washable sediment first, multi-purpose second, iron-targeting media last. At 15 GPM it has real flow, and 100,000 gallons is a workable interval on a moderate iron load. The problem is that a cartridge system has no backwash, so on genuinely ferrous water the iron stage loads up and drops pressure rather than flushing itself, which is why most iron treatment at this price point uses an oxidising tank instead. Aquasure publishes no iron reduction figure, no ppm ceiling and no statement of what media the third stage actually contains, so there is no way to compare it against a greensand or air-injection system. There is also no rated port size, no warranty statement on the page, and no reviews of any kind on a product this new. Buy it for staining on a light iron load; do not buy it as the answer to a well testing above a few parts per million.

The Aquasure Fortitude Tri-Stage is a three-housing cartridge system aimed at iron-bearing supplies, rated at 100,000 gallons and a maximum 15 GPM. Stage one is a washable 30 micron pleated sediment cartridge, stage two combines sediment, carbon and siliphos media, and stage three is an iron and heavy metal cartridge sold as AF-IRON-25HFL.
