- The brand figure is its BBB profile: 1.63 out of 5 from 27 customer reviews, with 21 complaints filed in three years and 10 closed in the past twelve months.
- SpringWell is not BBB accredited, contrary to what at least one review site asserts.
- Complaints concentrate on customer service, the 25 percent restocking penalty applied to the money-back guarantee, systems sold against the wrong water type, and a softener that failed and discharged resin through a customer's plumbing.
