What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPRO 1000+
One owner posted unpaid first impressions of the 1000+ in r/redlighttherapy in March 2026 and a follow-up photo in April 2026.
They bought it with a 1500+ and a stand and mounted the pair horizontally over a massage table; both panels arrived well packed in two shipments.
The owner found the brackets and stand simple to assemble and the build solid, but calls horizontal mounting a two-person job that needs the bracket centered for balance.
No other Reddit post naming the 1000+ turned up.
PlatinumLEDBIO 600
Three owners who name the BIO 600 post in r/redlighttherapy between January 2023 and December 2024, and a fourth, in March 2024, says he is in year five with an earlier version of the 600 and calls it rock-solid.
One owner uses it daily and has no complaints, though he finds PlatinumLED's website hard to navigate; another built his own wall hanger for the 22 lb panel because only an over-door hook came in the box.
The doubts are about output: an owner who got it as a gift in December 2024 asked whether to exchange it for the BIOMAX 600, and in early 2025 an owner of an older BIO panel said he could find no published irradiance figure.

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPRO 1000+
Every written review naming the 1000+ is a desk summary, and none publishes a measurement of this size.
MedGrade (April 2026), which says affiliate commissions fund it, scores it 92 of 100 and claims 30 days of testing but shows no data, and its own device page gives a different irradiance from its review.
Skin Deep Red Light Reviews (January 2026, Mito affiliate code) calls it competitive on cost per watt but lists it at 1,000 W and 150 LEDs against Mito's 270 W and 200.
Red Light Panel Index records Mito's specifications and notes that Mito labels its two irradiance figures inconsistently.
PlatinumLEDBIO 600
No written hands-on test of the BIO 600 exists.
Light Therapy Insiders (Alex Fergus), a market-wide tester that received a BIO 300 free from PlatinumLED and earns PlatinumLED commission, called the 100-LED sibling a solid budget panel in February 2025 and measured 59 mW/cm2 on average and 86 at the peak at 6 inches.
It faulted the missing timer, dimming, stand and panel linking, output it called good but not groundbreaking, blue LEDs that cannot be switched off without the near-infrared, and more noise (53.5 dB) than the BIOMAX panels, and praised the price, the simple switches and the 3-year warranty.

Light Therapy Insiders (August 2024), which earns commission through a Mito code, tested the earlier 42 x 10 in build of the 1500+ with a spectrometer: 76.5 mW/cm2 average and 87 peak at 6 inches, all four peaks within a few nm of spec, about 52 dB of fan noise and low EMF.
The same reviewer found the controls basic, with no dimming, pulsing or touchscreen, and a 12-inch width narrow for shoulders; the 1000+ is also 12 inches wide.

No video reviews the BIO 600.
Light Therapy Insiders (Alex Fergus), a market-wide tester whose descriptions carry a PlatinumLED affiliate link beside codes for Rojo, Block Blue Light, Hooga, Mito and BestQool, reviewed a BIO 300 that PlatinumLED supplied in December 2024 and called it effective and affordable but basic.
In a January 2025 comparison with the BIOMAX 300, with the same tie, he measured about 59 mW/cm2 against about 70 for the BIOMAX and advised buyers who can afford the gap to take the BIOMAX.

What they say
Mito Red LightMitoPRO 1000+
Mito sells only its two-wavelength 2.0 panels on Amazon US, through its own Mito Red Light Official store; no MitoPRO X, MitoPRO+ or MitoADAPT panel has a rated listing there, and a MitoPRO+ listing added in June 2026 has no ratings.
The MitoMIN 2.0 holds 4.5 from 170 ratings, split 78 percent five-star against 3 percent one-star, and Amazon tags its quality in 30 reviews, 29 of them positive.
The MitoMID 2.0 holds 4.6 from 61 and the MitoMEGA 2.0 4.9 from 19.
Those are simpler 660 and 850 nm panels, so the figures describe the brand rather than this series.
