- Reddit holds no owner account of the Minis.
- Reddit discussion of Glotech is thin and centres on its full-face masks: a February 2024 r/30PlusSkinCare owner of the Mask Pro was disappointed after more than four months of daily use, a January 2024 buyer returned a mask-and-collar gift that arrived without an outer box or instructions and says her one-star review never appeared on LED Esthetics' site, a February 2025 owner's mask stopped turning on, and a February 2026 owner of the original Mask Lite says its power button can take minutes to start it.
- Short positive comments call the Mask Pro good after a month (March 2025) and comfortable and wireless (March 2026), and posters in four threads between 2023 and 2025 say they found few reviews outside LED Esthetics' own site.
- The coverage is of Glotech's masks, not of the Minis.

- WIRED, which earns commission on purchases across the market, gives the Mask Pro an honourable mention in its August 2026 ranking, found the Collar remarkably easy to use with a battery that runs two 10-minute sessions, and lists the Minis under "avoid" for adhesive that troubled its tester's sensitive skin and patches that slide.
- Kelsey Barnes (November 2024) and Simply Stine (October 2024), both sent the Mask Pro free by LED Esthetics and paid through its affiliate links or a code, like its wireless 10-minute sessions, its battery and its automatic shut-off.
- The coverage is of other Glotech devices, not of the Mask Lite 2.0.
