Usability
The K19-H is the K19-S plus a heater, for $70 more. Everything else is identical — same 170 oz tank, same six stages, same 3:1 ratio, same NSF/ANSI 42, 58 and 372 certification, same $75 a year in filters, same footprint — with five dispensing volumes instead of four and hot water on demand. Whether the premium is worth it comes down to how often you make tea or coffee; as an RO system it performs identically to the cheaper model. It remains a countertop unit, so the hand-refilled tank and counter footprint apply exactly as they do to the K19-S.
