Usability
UV is the standard answer for wells with a positive bacteria test and for rainwater harvesting, and the Pulsar is a competent implementation of it. The prefilter matters more than buyers expect: UV only works on water clear enough for the light to penetrate, so the 1-micron Magna cartridge is not an upsell but a functional requirement on most well water, and the double O-ring seal exists to stop unfiltered bypass reaching the chamber. Sizing is by flow, and the three configurations are priced meaningfully apart, so measure peak household demand rather than guessing. Running costs are a lamp annually and occasional sleeve cleaning.
