A USPTO assignment recorded in May 2024 transferred the JETSON trademark filings to Jetstream Brands LLC of New Castle, Delaware.
- Jetson sells its electric bikes in the US through its own store at ridejetson.com, which ships from US West Coast warehouses to the contiguous US.
- The store's terms and privacy policy name TruRide Tech LLC d/b/a Jetson, PO Box 461, Jersey City, New Jersey, as its operator.
- Its store sells adult e-bikes from compact 14-inch commuters to folding 20-inch cruisers and fat-tire bikes.
- Jetson also runs an official Amazon store, which lists its Bolt and Axle X lines and accessories.
- US big-box retailers carry the range as well.
- Walmart sells only the J5 among Jetson e-bikes as the seller, and none of the eight major US retailers sells the OTG Elite, Shadow, Venture, Universe or Warren as the seller (October 2026).
The Jetson Shadow is a compact e-bike with a fixed 36 V, 7.8 Ah lithium-ion battery (36 V × 7.8 Ah = 281 Wh) and a 350 W hub motor; torque is not published. It has front and rear disc brakes, no suspension and 14 x 3 in tires, and only the handlebar folds.
It weighs 49.2 lb and is rated for riders from 100 lb to a 220 lb limit, aged 14 and older. Throttle and pedal assist top out at 15.5 mph, and Jetson claims up to 19 miles of range and climbs of up to 15 degrees.
It comes with a headlight, a bell, battery indicator lights, cruise control, an integrated carrying handle and a RackIt rear rack.
