Under-Sink Chassis Sold As An Inline
Expert Score

This is the fluoride under-sink system with the faucet and diverter left out and the plumbing taken inline, at the same 160.90 dollars for the single, 201.35 for the double and 232.80 for the triple. That makes it the right choice for a refrigerator, a cooler or a fountain where no dedicated tap is wanted, and the wrong choice for a kitchen sink where the under-sink version includes hardware for the same money. The stage order differs slightly, opening with solid carbon rather than fluoride media, which puts VOC and sediment reduction ahead of the fluoride bed. Crystal Quest quotes 4,500 ppm fluoride capacity and offers aluminium oxide media as an alternative to bone char. Neither the flow ceiling nor the replacement interval is generous, and as everywhere in this catalogue there is no certifier listing behind the fluoride claim.

Social Scores

Social Score

Brand-level throughout. Crystal Quest is factory-direct with a thin independent review footprint, so every pool below is scored at brand level and the scope is named in each summary. The review widget on crystalquest.com is the manufacturer own collection and is not scored.

Reddit Score7.0

Brand-level. Threads in r/WaterTreatment, r/Plumbing and r/HydroHomies mention Crystal Quest favourably without much detail: an installer calls the under-sink RO good, a Plumbing commenter runs a 14-stage whole-house unit and rates the difference. No thread discussing the inline fluoride line specifically was located.

Google Score6.0

Brand-level. Independent coverage is thin and splits sharply: writeups credit the media breadth, US assembly and roughly 40 years of trading, and criticise the absence of any finished-system certification listing under the brand name at NSF, IAPMO or WQA. Crystal Quest holds an A+ BBB accreditation, which is a business rating rather than a product one. Much of the top-ranking material is affiliate roundup content carrying a discount code.

YouTube Score5.0

Brand-level. Most Crystal Quest video coverage is affiliate roundup content with a discount code rather than testing. The one independent lab-tested result located is on the brand bath filter and is negative. No video covering the inline fluoride line was found.

Amazon Score9.0

Brand-level. The Amazon brand insights panel on Crystal Quest listings shows 4.3 stars across more than 1,000 ratings, with 5,000-plus orders in the trailing three months. This system is listed on Amazon as the Triple Inline Fluoride Removal Water Filter System but no per-listing rating was readable.

User Review Score8.0

Brand-level. The Trustpilot profile for crystalquest.com carries a 4.0 rating across roughly 43 reviews, a small pool for a company of this age. Positive reports centre on water taste and on ordering the correct replacement part; negatives cluster after the sale, on returns and refunds.
