Celluma is made by BioPhotas, Inc. of Tustin, California, a privately held company founded by Patrick Johnson and run since 2024 by chief executive Curtis Cluff; FDA lists BioPhotas as the manufacturer of every Celluma device, under 510(k)s it holds itself. It sells through celluma.com, an Amazon store it runs for its single panels and POD, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's (the latter through a third-party seller), and a professional channel that sells to clinics and spas and pays professionals a commission on their clients' orders; a public affiliate programme opened in May 2026.
