Swagtron

Swagtron is an electric mobility brand that began in South Bend, Indiana, selling self-balancing boards, folding scooters and small e-bikes through Amazon and big-box stores.

Its current US store, swagtron.com, is run by Protron Products, LLC from Vernon, California. The store sells a short lineup: the UrbanCruise, a Class 3 bench-seat e-bike with dual suspension, and the GlideX and GlideX Pro folding scooters.

Swagtron’s warranty terms point to each product’s manual, which it has not published for the current models, and treat batteries as wear items. Returns run 30 days with an RMA.
