Usability
The RO500-BN is functionally identical to the RO500, tankless 500 GPD flow, 2:1 efficiency and NSF/ANSI 58 certification for TDS reduction, with a brushed nickel faucet instead of the smart TDS-monitoring faucet. Choose it on finish rather than performance; the certification caveat is the same TDS-only scope as the rest of the line.

The iSpring RO500-BN is the brushed nickel version of iSpring's 500 GPD tankless RO system. It uses the same three-stage path as the RO500, a 2-in-1 composite sediment and carbon block stage, an RO membrane, and a carbon block polishing stage, fed on demand by an internal booster pump with no storage tank.
It runs at roughly a 2:1 pure-to-drain ratio and is NSF/ANSI 58 certified for TDS reduction. The manufacturer also claims reduction of lead, fluoride, arsenic, chlorine and PFAS; those are manufacturer figures, not certified reductions.
The only functional difference from the RO500 is the included brushed nickel faucet in place of the smart TDS-monitoring faucet. It requires electricity and is intended for municipal tap water.
