- One Reddit owner covers the Collar: a January 2024 r/30PlusSkinCare poster given the Mask Pro and Collar as a gift says the set arrived without an outer box or instructions, that her one-star review on LED Esthetics' site never appeared, and that she was returning it; she does not describe the Collar's fit or battery.
- Threads asking whether the Collar is worth adding to the mask (January and April 2025) drew no owner answers about it.
Qure Neck & Décolletage System
- Reddit holds a few owner accounts of the Neck & Décolletage System, all inside threads about face masks.
- In a May 2026 r/SkincareAddictionLux thread on the best red light mask (111 comments), an owner who moved to it from a Hooga unit praises the neck band and Velcro strap for a closer fit on a thin neck, notes that two strap lengths come in the box and says she paid about $184 on a promotion.
- Another owner, in an April 2025 r/SkincareAddictionLux thread, has used it daily for 18 months and says its silicone lining has turned sticky.
- In August 2026 a third owner, posting in the r/SkincareAddiction thread on Qure masks failing at about 14 months, says her neck device died completely after about a year and a half, past the one-year warranty, and Qure offered only $100 toward another purchase.

- WIRED's Adrienne So used the Collar daily for 30 days (August 2026; WIRED earns commission on purchases across the market) and found it remarkably easy to use, with two strap sizes and a palm-sized battery that runs two 10-minute sessions and recharges quickly over USB-C.
- She noted that it has fewer LED bulbs than some competitors and only one setting.
Qure Neck & Décolletage System
- One hands-on account covers the device.
- Beauticate founder Sigourney Cantelo, who received it free from Qure and links it through a Qure affiliate code, wrote it in September 2025 and updated it in July 2026; she describes it as cordless and light, with a clip-on controller she wears while answering emails and doing chores.
