Solawave sells it as FDA cleared, but the device registry lists the current model, PH-e03, under the 510(k)-exempt code ILY, and the clearance for Solawave's earlier eye mask, K233556, describes a different maker's 40-LED model, so it scores at the floor on verification. Solawave publishes no output figure, and its pages disagree on whether the near-infrared peak is 830 or 880 nm. Every review found is of the earlier model: Ulta owners rate it 4.46 across the 59 reviews written there, while the unavailable Amazon listing sits at 3.3 from 58, its critics describing masks that stopped charging within weeks. The warranty is one year. At $249 it is 99 cents less than CurrentBody's cleared Eye Mask.

The Eye Recovery Pro is a strap-on eye mask in medical-grade silicone with 80 LEDs in 40 dual-core chips at 605 nm amber, 630 nm red, 660 nm deep red and a near-infrared peak Solawave gives as 830 nm in some places and 880 nm in others. Sessions are 3 minutes, and a charge lasts about 10 of them. Goggles, a strap and a storage bag are in the box. Solawave publishes no output figure for it.
