Its weakest is that a commercial buyer specifying equipment needs a service flow rate, a footprint and a drain size, and this page publishes none of them. The warranty is real and is five years on the fiberglass tanks and the control valve, but it is stated only in SoftPro's site-wide warranty policy and never against this product.
