A USPTO assignment recorded in May 2024 transferred the JETSON trademark filings to Jetstream Brands LLC of New Castle, Delaware.
- Jetson sells its electric bikes in the US through its own store at ridejetson.com, which ships from US West Coast warehouses to the contiguous US.
- The store's terms and privacy policy name TruRide Tech LLC d/b/a Jetson, PO Box 461, Jersey City, New Jersey, as its operator.
- Its store sells adult e-bikes from compact 14-inch commuters to folding 20-inch cruisers and fat-tire bikes.
- Jetson also runs an official Amazon store, which lists its Bolt and Axle X lines and accessories.
- US big-box retailers carry the range as well.
- Walmart sells only the J5 among Jetson e-bikes as the seller, and none of the eight major US retailers sells the OTG Elite, Shadow, Venture, Universe or Warren as the seller (October 2026).
The Jetson Warren is a folding fat-tire e-bike whose frame folds in half at a latch, with a removable 46.8 V, 10 Ah lithium-ion battery (46.8 V × 10 Ah = 468 Wh; the store page prints 48 V, 10 Ah) and a hub motor that Jetson's manual lists at 750 W peak power, with no rated output or torque published.
It has front and rear disc brakes, 20 x 4 in tires run at 20 psi, front and rear mudguards and a cadence-based pedal sensor; no suspension is published. It weighs 63.3 lb and carries a 300 lb rider limit for ages 14 and older.
Five pedal assist levels run from 8 to 20 mph and the throttle reaches 20 mph, and Jetson claims up to 37 miles on pedal assist and 27 on the throttle. It comes with a high-beam headlight, a horn, an LCD screen, a stated IPX5 rating, a keyed battery lock and magnets that hold the folded wheels together.
The manual lists 7 gears, while the store's spec table prints 21-speed.
