A USPTO assignment recorded in May 2024 transferred the JETSON trademark filings to Jetstream Brands LLC of New Castle, Delaware.
- Jetson sells its electric bikes in the US through its own store at ridejetson.com, which ships from US West Coast warehouses to the contiguous US.
- The store's terms and privacy policy name TruRide Tech LLC d/b/a Jetson, PO Box 461, Jersey City, New Jersey, as its operator.
- Its store sells adult e-bikes from compact 14-inch commuters to folding 20-inch cruisers and fat-tire bikes.
- Jetson also runs an official Amazon store, which lists its Bolt and Axle X lines and accessories.
- US big-box retailers carry the range as well.
- Walmart sells only the J5 among Jetson e-bikes as the seller, and none of the eight major US retailers sells the OTG Elite, Shadow, Venture, Universe or Warren as the seller (October 2026).
The Jetson Universe is a step-over electric cruiser whose aluminum frame folds in half, with a removable 36 V, 10.4 Ah lithium-ion battery (36 V × 10.4 Ah = 374 Wh) and a 350 W hub motor; torque is not published.
It has front and rear disc brakes, no suspension fork, a spring-loaded saddle, 20 in magnesium wheels and a 7-speed Shimano drivetrain. It weighs 52.3 lb and carries a 250 lb total limit, with 25 lb on the rack, for riders 14 and older.
Three speed modes cap the throttle and pedal assist at 11, 15 and 20 mph, and Jetson claims up to 37 miles on pedal assist and 20 on the throttle. It comes with a headlight, a rear light, an LED screen, a stated IPX5 rating, a keyed battery lock and a RackIt rear rack; the handlebar also folds and the pedals tuck away.
